When you think about the environment what's the first thing that comes into your head? When I think about the environment I think about how beautiful it is. I'm beyond lucky to be able to experience all four seasons where live. We take so much for granted every day, this world is so beautiful and sadly the global climate crisis is becoming worse and worse. The estimated amount of carbon that has been released into the air is unbelievably scary. If huge changes aren't made now then the planet could most possibly blow up.
You have probably been told that there's things that you can do to help the environment. But do you know what you as an individual can do? You can start by growing your own food by growing plants and trees. You can cut back on beef consumption, you can use less plastic, start using reusable bags. Start using glass things more than plastic. Solar panels are huge and are a great way to help the environment. Electric cars are also making a huge difference towards the environment. DeleteIt is 10 degrees right now and it is supposed to snow 12+ inches tonight/tomorrow...how can there be climate change? I feel like it is not happening HERE.

ReplyDeleteVery interesting! It's also easy to make some small changes. I found plastic free shampoo and conditioner (no bottles!), and try to bring reusable bags when grocery shopping. Good job! -Ms. Nicholson
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading your blog and I also liked the graphic you chose. You are right, we do get to experience all four seasons here in New Hampshire. After 2 1/2 ft of snow yesterday I'm guessing we won't see much but snowbanks for awhile! Nice work Melana.
